1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive or exclusive license, depending on the product purchased.
You do NOT own the instrumental unless you have purchased exclusive rights and signed an exclusive agreement.
All rights remain the property of Joey-Gee Production (PVT) Ltd unless explicitly transferred in writing.
3. Credit Requirement
All non-exclusive licenses require production credit as follows:
“Prod. by Therealjoeygee” or “Prod. by joeygee”.
Credit must be included in the title, description, or official metadata where applicable.
Failure to provide proper credit may result in license termination.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the beat
- Claim ownership of the instrumental
- Upload the instrumental alone to streaming platforms
- Register the instrumental with Content ID systems
- Use the beat in defamatory, illegal, or hateful content
5. Exclusive Rights
If exclusive rights are purchased:
- The instrumental will be removed from sale.
- Previous lease holders retain their rights.
- A separate exclusive contract may be issued and must be signed.
6. Revenue & Royalties
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- Publishing is split 50/50 between producer and artist.
- Performance royalties belong to the songwriter(s) and producer as registered with relevant PROs.
- Mechanical royalties follow the terms of the purchased license.
7. Content ID & Copyright Protection
The Producer reserves the right to register instrumentals with YouTube Content ID and other fingerprinting systems unless exclusive rights have been purchased.
All instrumentals remain protected under international copyright law.
Unauthorized use may result in:
- DMCA takedown notices
- Removal from digital streaming platforms
- Possible legal action
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
