1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on this website are digital audio files (including but not limited to MP3 leases, WAV leases, Unlimited leases, custom instrumentals, and Exclusive rights).
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
2. Accidental or Duplicate Purchases
If a duplicate purchase is made accidentally, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds for duplicate purchases are granted at the sole discretion of Joey-Gee Production (PVT) Ltd.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your files, please contact:

We will ensure that you receive your files properly. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds but will be resolved promptly.
4. Non-Refundable Items
a. Custom Beats:
Customized beats or instrumentals produced specifically to the Client’s requirements are strictly non-refundable once the production process has commenced.
b. Exclusive Rights Purchases:
Exclusive rights purchases are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made and/or the exclusive license agreement has been issued or signed.
Due to the nature of exclusive rights transactions, the removal of a beat from public sale constitutes fulfillment of service. Therefore, refunds will not be granted.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from this website, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us at:

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in: - Immediate revocation of license - Removal of usage rights - Copyright enforcement actions - Possible legal action if necessary
